You will need:
- 4-5 Pork Chops (Boneless is best but you can use Bone-in)
- 1 Can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 TBSP of minced garlic
- 1/4 cup of dried minced onion (can use regular onion-just dice finely and use about 1/4 of the onion)
- 1/3 cup of milk
- Salt and Pepper to tatse
Spray a large skillet with non-stick spray, place pork chops in pan; cook over medium heat. In a small bowl mix together soup, milk, onion, garlic, salt and pepper, pour over chops, cover with lid. Cook on low to medium heat for about 20-25 minutes turning chops occasionally and spooning mixture over them. (When chops are done they will be white on the inside.) Serve over white rice, using extra sauce to top chops.
